- What’s a Nettercap?
- Nettercap is is an old Scots (and older English) word meaning “spider” – or, more accurately in our case, “web-spinner.” We chose this name in part to reflect our connection to the local Celtic community, and in part, admittedly, because we thought it was clever and funny.
- So the spiderweb logo is…
- Thematic, yep. If you zoom in and look closely, you may notice that the web itself is an unconventional knotwork design.
- And that “untangling the web” slogan?
- Never let it be said that we’re scared of a dad joke.
